Do I need a merchant payment facility from my bank?

Using our platform does not require you to obtain any new or specialist e-commerce or direct debit facilities from your bank.

Furthermore, as the payments collected from your customers can be settled into any Australian bank account, you do not need to make any changes to your existing banking relationships.

How often do I receive my funds?

We believe that you should have access to your funds as quickly as possible, so that you can enjoy the interest benefits and deploy the funds in your business.

Customer payments collected via the Payleadr platform are settled to you the day that they clear.  For credit/debit card transactions this means that you receive the funds the same day as the payment (Mon-Fri) and for direct debit payments (i.e. from a bank account) you receive the funds three business days after the transaction attempt.

With Payleadr, you’re provided with a comprehensive settlement report with each payout to assist you with your reconciliation.

Do I require any dedicated payment hardware?

None at all!
