We’re proudly an Australian owned and operated company which has been established by a team of passionate payments and software industry experts possessing more than 30 years combined payment experience.

Payleadr is regulated by the Australian Securities and Investments Commission and holds an Australian Financial Services License (501914) enabling us to issue non-cash payments products.

Do I need a merchant payment facility from my bank?

Using our platform does not require you to obtain any new or specialist e-commerce or direct debit facilities from your bank.

To quickly add, as the payments collected from your customers can be settled into any Australian bank account there is no need to make any changes to your existing banking relationships. Because that’s a punish.

Is my customer data secure?

It sounds cliche, though we’re serious about security. Very serious. All personal data is handled in accordance with our privacy policy.

All traffic on the Payleadr site and platform is encrypted via SSL, meaning we encrypt and decrypt data sent over the internet. All payments are processed by our level 1 PCI DSS compliant technology partner.

How often do I receive my funds?

We believe that you should have access to your funds as quickly as possible so that you can get the funds moving through your business, or simply enjoy the interest benefits.

Visa and MasterCard debit and credit card transactions will be settled to you the next business day following the day of the transaction (for Visa and MasterCard payments processed Monday – Friday). Visa and MasterCard debit and credit card transactions processed on a Saturday or Sunday will be settled to you on a Tuesday.

For direct debit payments, from a bank account, you receive the funds three business days after the transaction attempt.

We’ll provide you with a comprehensive settlement report detailing each payout to assist you with your reconciliation.

Do I require any dedicated payment hardware?

None at all!

We’re a browser-based application which can be accessed on any internet-enabled device. You can carry an automated Accounts Receivable platform in your pocket!

Am I locked in to a contract with Payleadr?

Hell no, that’s “old school”, it’s the 2020’s. We do not believe in locking our clients into contracts, instead, we stand behind our product. You’re free to leave without penalty, at any time, for any reason, though we’re yet to see that happen.
