After a lot of careful thought, we’ve made the decision to wind down the Payleadr brand so we can focus fully on aglow, our specialist platform for the beauty and aesthetics industry.
Before we get into the details, we want to say something that matters to us: thank you. You’ve trusted us with something important to your business over the years, and that’s not something we take lightly. We’re genuinely grateful for your support, and we don’t want this transition to feel like anything other than what it is, a careful handover to people we trust.
What this means for you
Payleadr will stop operating as a billing platform from 1 October. Before then, your direct debits need to move across to Debit Success so your billing continues without interruption.
How we’ve made this easier for you
We didn’t want to leave you to sort this out on your own. We’ve partnered with Debit Success, an established and trusted direct debit provider, specifically to make this transition as smooth as possible. Your fees won’t change, and Debit Success will handle the heavy lifting of getting you set up. All you need to do is start the transfer, and their team takes care of the rest.

The earlier you start, the more breathing room you’ll have, both for your own admin and for keeping new members coming on through Payleadr in the meantime.
