THE FOLLOWING TERMS APPLY:
1. Membership contracts are rolling after the minimum term on an ongoing monthly basis until advised otherwise.
2. Cancellations after the minimum term must be given with at least one months written notice by email to firstname.lastname@example.org. Two more fortnightly deductions will follow the date of your notice.
3. Suspensions are permitted provided at least two weeks written notice is forwarded to email@example.com. Suspension periods must be for a minimum duration of 2 weeks with a specified return date.
4. All membership account requests and inquiries must be discussed in writing through the official email at firstname.lastname@example.org. Please avoid sending account specific requests to staff over social media or personal communication channels
