THE FOLLOWING TERMS APPLY:

1. Membership contracts are ongoing after the minimum term on a monthly basis until advised otherwise (i.e. the 2 month minimum contract will renew unless advised).

2. Cancellations and suspension requests must be forwarded in writing to info@opensparring.com. Please avoid sending account specific requests to staff over social media or personal communication channels. 

3. Cancellations after the minimum term must be given with at least one months written notice by email to info@opensparring.com. Two more fortnightly deductions will follow the date of your notice.

4. Suspensions are permitted provided at least two weeks written notice is forwarded to info@opensparring.com. Suspension periods must be for a minimum duration of 2 weeks with a specified return date. You cannot cancel your membership while it is suspended.
